Application \u201cFK6 ASKD\u201d Outside clamping combined double rings (3 rings = 1 set)<\/h3>\n

Doppelt gewundene Lamellenringe FK6 ASKD dienen zur Fettabdichtung von W\u00e4lz- und Gleitlagern und sch\u00fctzen, gefettet, gegen Fettaustritt sowie gegen Staub-, Schmutz- und Spritzwassereintritt, insbesondere dann, wenn h\u00f6here Abdichtungsanspr\u00fcche gestellt werden. Durch die zus\u00e4tzliche Abdichtung des Nutgrunddurchmesser wird, infolge des vergr\u00f6\u00dferten Umlenkungseffektes, die Abdichtungswirkung optimiert.Aufgrund der einfacheren Montage in die Nuten wird nach M\u00f6glichkeit die Anordnung FK6 ASD oder FK6 ASKD der Anordnung FK6 ISD oder FK6 ISKD vorgezogen. Die Ringtr\u00e4ger k\u00f6nnen aus Stahl, Gusseisen, Leichtmetall oder Kunststoff sein, je nach Anwendungsfall bzw. technischer Notwendigkeit.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/div>\n

Axial and\/or radial play\u00a03)<\/sup>:<\/h3>\n

The groove width \u201cA\u201d must be widened by twice the play if play occurs in the area of the rings. The groove base diameter \u201cD2\u2033 must be reduced by the radial play if radial play occurs. Damage to the rings and the surrounding components occurs if this is not adhered to. It is recommended to use the full groove width tolerances, especially in the case of thermal expansion.<\/p>\n

The ring diameter information must match the housing or bore diameter dimensions \u201cD1\u2033 for all inquiries and\/or orders. The rings can be ordered individually or in sets (1 set = 2 ASD rings + 1 ISD-Ring).<\/p>\n

Run and installation tests under operating conditions must be performed in each case before standard production of our laminar rings can begin to determine whether the desired sealing effects can be achieved.<\/p>\n
